Johnson & Johnson says DoJ investigating its eye products

NEW BRUNSWICK, New Jersey: Last week, Johnson & Johnson (J&J) said that in connection with a civil investigation, the U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ), in July, requested documents and information related to its free and discounted eye surgery products.

It is complying with the DoJ's civil investigative requests, J&J added, noting that it is in ongoing discussions with the department regarding the inquiry.
