Indian auto industry (SIAM) reported a record high in passenger vehicle wholesales in October, driven by strong festive season demand. The overall dispatches to dealers rose 16% YoY to 3,89,714 units, while the three-wheeler segment saw its highest monthly dispatch at 76,940 units, a 42% growth from the previous year. The growth is attributed to government policies and the festive season.
