Looks as though their is a new trend starting to develop in Championship managerial appointments, seems to be going with younger managers rather than the Older managers that have been more common in the past, with most clubs

There have been 5 managerial appointments in the last few weeks ranging from 34-44 years old. Be interesting to see how they all have performed come the end of the season

Marti Cifuentes Age 41 Milwall
Neil Critchley Age 44 QPR

When you consider the average age of a Premiership manager was just between 49-53 years in the last 4 seasons (can't imagine the Championship was far behind that figure at the start of this season), Age of managers and style of football as a whole looks as if it's going to change in the Championship in the next few seasons, be interesting to see if this new brand of attacking football (that all the chairmans) of the clubs above have asked for will provide results and promotion, in the coming seasons, compared to previous seasons.
