Coffee-hurling woman labels father and child 'terrorists' for his Palestinian-style scarf

A father who was apparently wearing a Palestinian scarf while at a New York City playground with his child was confronted by a woman who threw hot coffee at them, the New York Daily News reported.

The incident, which was caught on video by the father, shows the woman saying, "You and your son are terrorists," and threw the cup of coffee, which according to police also splashed the child. It's not known what transpired before the video was recorded.

The NYPD released the footage and is asking for the public's help in finding the woman.
