Saggy boobs are normal but my tips help lift them – a bra detail to shop for, it acts like support beams on a bridge
AN expert bra-fitter has weighed in on making chests look their best.
She said that one detail on the undergarment can help lift sagging breasts.
Kimmay Caldwell (@hurraykimmay) herself discussing and demonstrating her go-to bras in a video on TikTok.
“Number one, please know that sagging is normal. Your bust is just attached to your body with ligaments and skin. That’s it,” she said,
“Naturally, they’re going to start to fall down, especially if they’re fuller and even if you’re younger.
“So please know this is a natural part of having a body,” she added.
She continued by sharing flattering fits for giving sagging breasts a boost.
“There are lots of great bra options that you can wear to lift them up and create the shape that you like,” she said.
“The number one key is to wear a bra that fits well. Always, always.
“Bras are kind of like shoes. If you wear the wrong size, they won’t be supported, and they will not feel good,” she added.
She detailed what sort of craftsmanship to look for when shopping for a bra.
“If you have very soft breast tissue, then something with a little bit of flexibility would be really great for you,” she said.
“This could be a stretch lace bra, but it could also be something that is molded like this. That when you lay down, it keeps its shape. A contour cup will shape your bust to the shape of the bra.
“I highly suggest something that’s fuller coverage if you really want, like, a full, round shape,” she added.
She also revealed her secret weapon to a lifted bust — the devil is in the details.
“Something that has seams in it can really act like almost support beams on a bridge to keep everything up and lifted.
“So a full coverage or balcony style that has those support beams will be really awesome. The balcony will have less coverage across. The full coverage will come all the way up and cover everything.
“Really. In the end, the coverage is up to you. But either way, your bra has to fit well in order to feel good. And that helps you feel good about you and your body, too,” she added.
