Bhaskar Khulbe, former advisor to the Prime Minister's Office, visited the Silkyara Tunnel where 41 workers have been trapped for 11 days. He expressed satisfaction with the progress, mentioning the insertion of 39 meters of pipeline for horizontal drilling. The workers, according to Khulbe, are in high spirits.
