Assam government's hike in service fees sparks discontent among political groups

Assam Congress president Bhupen Kumar Borah said that opposition parties will hold a protest against this hike. “We ask the people to keep the bills and receipts. We will reimburse the same once our government is installed in Assam in 2026.”
