Man killed by Elk Grove police had history of calling police to help with mental health struggles, family says

The family of a man killed by Elk Grove Village police is pursuing a civil investigation into the police department after an officer fatally shot Jack Murray, 24, Friday near the family home, their attorney announced Monday.
