I was on Geordie Shore – but I gave up fame to go back to my day job after struggling for money
SHE rose to fame back in 2017 when she joined the cast of Geordie Shore.
But stunning Sarah Goodhart has turned her back on the limelight after leaving the hit MTV show – and finding herself struggling for money.
Sarah now works as a make-up artist, who specialises in permanent make-up and fine line tattoing.
And she looks very different from her time on telly as she now has blonde hair.
Speaking previously about her decision to go back to a normal job – Sarah admitted she knew that the money would run out and that people were fed up of too many influencers.
She explained to Vice: “There’s only so much you can shove down people’s throats before for it becomes just like glorified ads all the time.
“People are a bit more wise to that now.
“When I came out of Geordie Shore, I’m a working class person, so I needed to return to work.
“Whereas if I was able to take more time off, I probably could have tried to become an influencer – but you have to wait a few months for the money [from the show] to come in.”
Sarah was already a familiar face to many having already appeared on another MTV reality show, Ex on the Beach before joining Geordie Shore in 2017.
The rest of the cast knew Sarah, too – she previously dated Marty McKenna, describing herself as “the ultimate psycho ex” after the pair split.
She claimed they broke up because the Geordie Lothario had been cheating on her “with half of Newcastle”.
The on-off couple clashed repeatedly clashed when she surprised Marty by joining him in the Ex on the Beach villa, although he soon had to leave the series after partying too hard.
Sarah said in the past that she only went in for the show after feeling like it was the only way for her to make some decent money, having left school without any qualifications and working in a low wage beauty job for six years.
