I tested a brand new sports bra on a 10k run, it was a risky move as a 28J, I had a couple of issues but would recommend
A FITNESS fanatic has shared her latest sports bra find, which she recommended to anyone with a bigger bust.
She gave a full review of the Gymshark item after testing it during a race.
In her video, Jen Warnes (@itsjenwarnes) revealed that she wears a cup size 28J.
She explained that she wanted to see if the “high impact sports bra really works for a small band large cup.”
“It’s feeling promising but testing a brand new sports bra on a 10k run is a little bit risky so we’ll see how it goes,” the TikToker said.
She modeled the $54 High Support Sports Bra before she embarked on her run of just over six miles.
Jen included clips of herself wearing the high-neck style bra during the race.
“This is mile one, we’re pretty strapped down, pretty secure, there definitely was some bounce but it really didn’t hurt,” she said.
“There was no impact so I was very comfortable,” Jen explained to her audience.
However, during her next mile, she noticed a small issue with the sports bra.
“At this point, I realized that the shoulder straps I tightened all the way before we started had slipped down,” she said.
Jen pointed out that this may have caused an issue with the level of support.
During mile three, she felt at her chest to check for any spillage as she continued running.
“I definitely was still moving but I felt supported,” she told her viewers.
Jen even said that she wanted to recommend the item to other women she saw running.
“I was grateful to have it, let’s just say that,” she explained.
“I usually would wear a tank top over this too so that would give some extra hold,” Jen added.
Despite her concerns about chafing, she revealed that she made it through the race with no issues.
“Honestly, a great sports bra to run a 10k with no pain, it’s amazing,” Jen said.
She did point out that the strap issue “was kind of annoying because I couldn’t stop halfway through the run to adjust them.”
“If you’ve never found a sports bra supportive enough to run in I definitely would try this one,” she advised viewers.
“I’ll definitely be running in it again, I had no chafing when I got home so that is a success in my books,” she concluded.
Her followers took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the item.
“Wait I need this, I’m convinced I can’t run because of my boobs so this is a game changer,” one viewer wrote.
“When you find the best ever sports bra that fits your body and holds you, it’s like finding gold!” said another TikTok user.
