NCAA president proposes RADICAL change to college football so schools can directly pay athletes even MORE money with creation of a new subdivision

After over a century of advocating for student-athletes to go unpaid, the NCAA is appearing to pull off an about-face and dive straight into what could be described as unfettered capitalism in football.
