Robin Roberts Pops in $20 Smiley Fuzzy Slippers on ABC Studios for ‘GMA’

After Robin Roberts sat down with People magazine’s 2023 Sexiest Man Alive Patrick Dempsey on “Good Morning America” this morning, the anchor was spotted in her favorite slippers.

As she exited the show’s studios in New York City on Monday, Roberts was snapped wearing a pair of fluffy black slippers stamped with a big yellow smiley face motif. The style is currently available on Amazon for $20.

Roberts has often been seen sporting the same fuzzy backless slip-ons when arriving and leaving “GMA.”

Today, her outfit included a simple black boatneck top and coordinating trousers. On the show, Roberts notably wore a pair of black stiletto pumps with a subtle platform. The sleek style was slightly pointed at the toe and looked to be between 3 and 4 inches in height.

Over the years, Roberts has often reached for classic pointed pumps, sandals and booties from popular brands like Jimmy Choo, Valentino and more. A proven fan of bold colors, the journalist wore strappy neon orange stiletto sandals to an event earlier this year.

This past fall, the former sports reporter and her longtime partner tied the knot in custom gowns courtesy of Badgley Mischka. “We have worked with Robin for several years for star-studded events like the Oscars and more, but it was an especially heartfelt and emotional moment when they asked us to do their wedding looks,” Mischka said.
