‘Criminal’ TikTok shopper gobsmacked after her £45 Christmas tree arrives so ‘skinny’ there is nothing to ‘fluff’ out
SHOPPING online can be a total godsend – unless you’re Michelle Wozniak.
Like most people across the world, Michelle has been eagerly awaiting the arrival of Christmas and doing everything she can to get in the festive spirit.
Of course, this also meant finding the perfect tree to then decorate later, so Michelle turned to the viral TikTok Shop for help.
There, after some scrolling, she stumbled across the faux pine of her dreams – a pink artificial tree fit for a royalty.
The fake fir, she shared a snap in a video posted on TikTok, retailed for an eye-watering £45 and was boasting an impressive height of a whopping 7ft.
In love with the find, Michelle, who posts under the username @michellewozniak, immediately placed an order and patiently waited for the goods to arrive.
However, once the package had landed on her doorstep and she opened the parcel, the shopper was in for a surprise – and not a lovely one.
Instead of a massive princess-type faux tree Michelle received something so different there was no saving the major fail, she reckoned.
Although the tree was indeed pink and pretty tall, these were about the only elements the store had got right, as the real version was anything but lush.
Michelle’s festive tree so ”skinny”, she insisted that no amount of fluffing it up would work and claimed that the online retailer had done her ”wrong”.
”Criminal,” the gobsmacked Christmas super fan wrote in the caption.
Safe to say, the festive disaster has left people in hysterics, winning the customer over a whopping 541k views on the platform.
Hundreds raced to comments, where they shared their thoughts, with one saying Michelle only had herself to blame.
”WHY WOULD YOU ORDER OFF THE TIKTOK SHOP,” the person wondered.
Someone else agreed, adding: ”I would’ve known better, the price alone.”
”What is there to fluff?!” another chimed in.
”I’m screaming hollering,” a fourth couldn’t get over the blunder.
Unfortunately, for the online shopper this is not the first time her haul has turned out to be a fail.
Earlier last year, Michelle had forked out a fortune for SKIMS only for people to then say it’s giving major ”wetsuit” vibes.
“I look like I’m about to go surfing,” she chuckled in the pricey garments.
“Skims haul gone wrong, lol.”
