FTC inspects nonlife insurers over alleged joint contract cartel

The Fair Trade Commission (FTC) conducted on-site inspections of four major nonlife insurers Tuesday over allegations they formed a cartel to prearrange premiums for joint insurance contracts with corporate and public entities.
