Two men allegedly killing bald eagles indicted by Montana grand jury
HELENA, Montana: A Montana grand jury indicted two men for allegedly hunting and killing bald eagles and selling feathers and other parts on the black market.
Federal prosecutors said that from January 2015 to March 2021, Simon Paul and Travis John Branson killed over 3,600 birds, including bald eagles, the national symbol of the U.S., as well as golden eagles, often in or around the Flathead Indian Reservation
