Dow Jones forges ahead, adds 252 points to new all-time high

NEW YORK, New York - Wall Street continued higher Tuesday as investors showed no sign of any impending gloom on the horizon.

"This bias of buying stocks is taking hold," Kim Forrest, founder at Bokeh Capital Partners told CNBC Tuesday.

"And unless news changes it, we're probably going to drift higher every single day because of it."
