Ralph Lauren’s sharp red and black Year of the Dragon capsule
Ralph Lauren has embraced the Year of the Dragon within a new Lunar New Year collection for men, women and children. Ranging from $40 to $1,490, the lineup includes knitwear, polos, hoodies, shirts, dresses, jackets and hats in hues of red, black and dark blue — all accented with gold and red dragon embroidery. A notable standout is the brand’s beloved Polo Bear knitwear, which features its cozy mascot outfitted in a red smoking jacket and slippers with dragon accents to festively begin the year.
Fendi’s playful capsule with Pokémon and Fragment
Fendi has teamed up with both Pokémon and Fragment on a co-branded capsule collection, which will be released just in time for the Lunar New Year. In a whimsical take on the Year of the Dragon, the luxury brand has tapped Pokémon characters Dragonite, Dragonair and Dratini across graphic yellow and blue patches and embroidery. All are placed on “FF”-monogrammed handbags, leather goods and jewelry — including the label’s beloved Baguette and Peekaboo ISeeU styles — to commemorate the occasion.
Jane Win’s Year of the Dragon coin pendant
On Jan. 4, jewelry designer Jane Win will grow her brand’s lineup with a Year of the Dragon pendant inspired by fortune and inner strength. The 14k gold piece, ranging from $298 to $348 depending on size, will feature a double-sided silhouette inscribed with a dragon and “Et Surgo” — translating to “I Rise.” The piece is the latest coin pendant within Win’s namesake line, which is favored by stars including Jill Biden, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Hudson.
