Three men working for Davinderpal Singh Gopi from Lahorianwala Mohalla in Moga, Canada, were arrested by Ludhiana police. They had been making extortion calls, selling drugs, and shooting outside the homes of businessmen. The arrest happened after gunshots were fired and a tip-off about their activities using foreign numbers. The accused were provided illicit weapons by their Canada-based handler. They were caught at a check post in Kular village with three country-made pistols and 240 intoxicating tablets.
