Mum-of-five who’s ‘always late for school’ is shamed by trolls for having ‘so many kids she can’t look after properly’
A MUM is in the firing line after admitting she often arrives at the school late.
Mum-of-five Mara took to social media explaining why she was often late on the school run – but trolls said it was her fault.
The US-based mum said: “I try my absolute best to get them to school on time, but sometimes that just does not happen.
“I have five kids and three of them are in school, but all five of them are up in the morning.”
She revealed her daughter, Ripley, is a morning person and is often up and ready to go.
However, the mum struggles with the morning routine especially as she has a new born baby to tend to as well as getting her tots ready for school.
“I didn’t even realise Amy wasn’t up at this point,” she continued.
“So I had to go wake her up.
“Then I was changing the baby.
“She was so mad this morning.
“She also didn’t sleep last night, so she was just screaming.
“I did have to set her down again to do Ripley’s hair and she’s just losing her mind in the back.”
“I promise I try and get them to school on time,” she captioned the clip but it seemed that not everybody was impressed.
The clip went viral with over 500k views and 13k likes on her TikTok account @theamazingmara.
People were quick to judge in the comments section of the post.
One person wrote: “Literally everyone here is disagreeing with you. This should be a wake up call.”
Another commented: “Don’t have five kids if you can’t properly raise five kids.”
“If you are regularly getting your kids to school late than you need to readjust your choices,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “I just….. don’t understand why u would chose to have MORE kids if ur already struggling doing important daily tasks w/ the ones u already have.”
The mum hit back in another video, where she pretended to put her youngest child in the bin after being told she shouldn’t have so many kids.
But it seemed her humour didn’t go down well, one penned: “This is not funny.”
“Seriously, grow up,” wrote another.
