German producer prices continue to fall in November: Destatis

BERLIN, Dec. 20 (Xinhua) -- Inflationary pressure in Germany is easing further. In November, producer prices fell 7.9 percent year-on-year, the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) said on Wednesday. It was the fifth consecutive month with a noticeable decline.

A year ago, factory gate prices in Europe's largest economy had still risen sharply. The development continued to be "mainly attributable to a base effe
