‘It’s a superpower’ Fans praise ‘brave’ mum-of-two Mrs Hinch for going public with autism diagnosis
HOME influencer Mrs Hinch has bravely shared that she was diagnosed with autism a “while” ago.
The mum-of-two has been dubbed “brave” and a “true inspiration” by fans after sharing the news on Instagram earlier today.
Formally named Sophie Hinchcliffe, 33-year-old added that her eldest son Ronnie, four, has also been diagnosed with autism.
She shared the news to her 4.7 million followers on Instagram.
“Both Ron and I have had confirmation for a while now,” she penned.
“We decided as a family to take our time to process, to learn, to grow and to find our way together before we shared.
“So, that’s exactly what we did and are continuing to do each day.
“We have hard days but we also have lots of magical days.
“And if only everyone accepted and understood autism, the world really would be a much better place.
“Ronnie, thank you for being ours, for being so precious and simply incredible. Because of you everything finally made sense to me after 33 years.
“You are my absolute inspiration in life. Mummy is right here with you, in this together, forever.”
Fans flocked to the comments of her post to share that “autism is a superpower” and they’re glad she’s been “so brave” to go public with the diagnosis.
Mrs Hinch has made a lucrative career as an influencer showcasing her home and uploading cleaning videos.
But fans have become increasingly invested in her personal life.
She shares sons Ronnie and Lennie, three, with husband Jamie, 42.
Autism is a neuro-divergence where your brain works in a different way from other people.
It’s something you’re born with, but signs might not be spotted until you’re an adult.
