I’m a 215-lb ‘baddie with a belly’ – I did a holiday party dress haul from Amazon, the sequined look is a showstopper
IF you’re in the market for a last-minute party dress this holiday season, look no further.
A midsize fashion fanatic has shared her latest festive finds from Amazon.
In her video, Ashley (@ashley.behrends) revealed that she purchased each of the looks in size XL.
She also told her followers that she weighs 215 pounds while standing at 5-foot-7.
“Let’s try on these three Amazon holiday party dresses and see how they look as a baddie with a belly,” the TikToker said.
For her first look, Ashley posed in a $63 sequin bodycon dress with a V-neckline.
“Talk about walking in and making the whole place shimmer, look at this sequin dress,” she told her viewers.
“I am very impressed with the sequins, they’re layering flat and it is embedded with this kind of velvet so it’s honestly so nice to touch,” Ashley said.
She explained that she had tried out countless sequin dresses but hadn’t been sold on them.
“This multicolor iridescent one might just be my favorite, this is truly a show-stopping holiday party outfit,” Ashley concluded.
She also showed her followers a $46 red ruched dress with a plunging neckline and thigh slit.
Ashley told her audience that she was more impressed with the dress in person.
“I don’t usually say the model photo doesn’t do an outfit justice but [that’s the case],” she said.
“Look at the amount of stretch that this dress has, it’s contouring the curves and had a super sultry high leg slit, it’s just so gorgeous all around,” she added.
For her final look, Ashely modeled a $50 green velvet wrap dress with long sleeves.
“Last but certainly not least is this gorgeous green velvet dress, it’s fitting like a dream,” she said.
“It’s not too low cut and you get the perfect fit,” Ashley told her viewers.
TikTok users took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the haul.
“Love them! That first one made my jaw drop!” wrote one impressed viewer.
Another one of Ashley’s followers said they “love all three.”
A third person agreed, telling the fashion fan: “Love all of them on you!”
