Beaming Rebekah Vardy enjoys Boxing Day trail hunt after recovering from horror horse riding accident
REBEKAH Vardy was back in the saddle as she took part in a Boxing Day trail hunt.
Becky, 41, broke her left foot in a riding accident in October.
She joined a legal five-hour pursuit in Car Colston, Notts.
But the only fox involved was her hubby Jamie — who plays for Championship side Leicester City, known as the Foxes.
Riders and dogs pursued a scent — usually on a sock attached to a quad bike.
Jamie, 36, trailed behind them in his car, later picking up mum-of-five Becky.
One source said: “She rode into the hunt’s meeting point and seemed very familiar and comfortable.
“A few people spotted her and were pointing her out, as we don’t often see famous faces round here.
“It was obvious she was a skilful rider and had the horse under good control.
“I had read about her accident and there did not seem to be any sign of an injury so she’s obviously recovered from that.
“She was on the green with a lot of others in a fenced-off area, before they all left.
“They were gone for hours and then came back to another pub.”
A source also said: “It was a traditional trail hunt – no animals were involved – and Becky would not join in an animal hunt even if it was legal.”
