It’s normal for our bodies to jiggle and move – when my loose skin claps, I say that’s me clapping for me, baby
A PERSONAL trainer has declared it’s normal for our bodies to jiggle and move.
Furthermore, when her loose skin claps she figures it’s clapping for her.
It’s her version of a round of applause and as far as she is concerned, there is nothing to be ashamed of around here.
She feels super-positive in her body shape and has no intention of changing.
Victoria (@hiivicc) demonstrated her wiggle factor in one of her posts.
This lady is popular on TikTok, where she has a following of 185,000.
In her video, she is shown training in her back yard.
She wears a white sports bra and dusty pink tight gym leggings.
As she puts herself through her paces, she looks like she is enjoying herself.
There is a wide grin across her face despite the frenetic energy and body movement for this exercise.
“Reminder, it’s completely normal for your body to jiggle, move, and even clap,” she says.
“When my loose skin claps, I say that’s me clapping for me, baby.”
Commenters loved her spirit and shared their experience.
“It’s like your body is clapping for you to keep going. Mine does that every workout,” said this person.
It makes for interesting work outs, figured this fan: “I find bodies that don’t are rather boring.”
And this person saw nothing wrong: “Looks normal to me.”
