CBBC child actor turned Netflix star secretly gave birth to first child seven months ago and reveals adorable first pic
FORMER child actor Jade Alleyne has revealed she secretly gave birth to her first child seven months ago.
The CBBC-turned-Netflix star posted some adorable pictures to Instagram alongside her announcement this week.
In one black-and-white image, Jade, 22, was joined by her partner – a musician named Ce Yung – and their little one inside their home.
They cosied up on a piano stall and gazed into their garden as the sunshine shone on their faces.
Another photo saw Jade carrying her newborn while wearing a pair of snazzy zebra-print trousers.
Jade wrote in her caption, “7 months ago the Lord blessed us with the safe delivery of a beautiful baby boy. We gave thanks and began the new stretch of parenthood.
“We have been showered with love, gifts, blessings, grace, safety and support.
“This time has been like no other. We have explored new depths and known joy like never yet before.
“God has blessed us yesterday, today and for eternity. So we give thanks to HIM.
“Praise the Lord! Hallelujah! A baby boy is born! Amen. Jade.”
Jade, who shot to fame as a child star on the 4 O’ Clock Club back in 2015, told fans she was expecting her first child back in March.
On the popular kids’ show, she played the rebellious teen Clem Burton.
She left the programme after being cast in Disney‘s The Lodge in 2016, and released her debut single If You Only Knew as part of the show’s soundtrack.
In 2019, the talented star recorded the theme song for the Disney Channel animated series Sadie Sparks.
Later that year, Jade portrayed the role of Ruby Bisme-Lyons in the BBC drama Years and Years.
This was followed by her starring in Netflix drama White Lines.
