Trump appeals Maine secretary of state's decision to remove him from ballot

Former President Trump has appealed the Maine secretary of state's decision to remove him from the primary ballot of his role in the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol. Maine's Superior Court now has until Jan. 17, 2024, to come to a decision.
