Emma Willis bags brand new BBC show – and it’s hitting screens next week
EMMA Willis has landed a brand new show on the BBC – and it’s kicking off in just days.
The presenter, 47, will front a brand new fashion show for the broadcaster – but with a twist.
She’s signed to present Style It Out, a brand new competition series aimed at children.
It will see nine creative fashion-loving kids from across the UK compete in a styling contest.
Beeb bosses have ensured it will have ” sustainability at its core”.
Emma will kick off the brand new format on CBBC and BBC iPlayer from Wednesday, January 10.
The former Big Brother host will be joined by celebrity judges including Gok Wan, Molly Rainford and Katya Jones.
Kyle Thomas, Tilly Lockey, The Lewis Sisters, Poppy O’Toole, Meesha Garbett, Donel, Talia Mar, Anaïs Gallagher and Shereen Cutkelvin complete the lineup.
Three episodes will drop weekly for viewers to enjoy before the winner’s show will land on February 7.
Emma, who has experience hosting children’s TV in the shape of the now-axed Voice Kids said it was a “real pleasure” to work on Style It Out.
She said: “Style It Out has been a real passion project for me so I’m thrilled it’s finally here for kids to enjoy and hopefully be inspired by.
“The show is an amazing platform for the next generation of stylists and fashion designers to showcase their individuality and creative flair, all with sustainability in mind.
“It’s been an absolute pleasure to watch these talented young creatives flourish and show off their personal style.“
