Mark Wright’s super-strict rules for £3.5m mansion revealed as wife Michelle Keegan brands him ‘a clean freak’
MICHELLE Keegan has revealed her husband Mark Wright’s super-strict rules for their £3.5m mansion – and has even branded him a “clean freak”.
The pair, who have been married since 2015, bought their stunning pad back in 2020.
Back in August Michelle and Mark, both 36, finally completed their renovations, so they threw a ‘Marchella’ party to celebrate.
One famous face that was invited to the bash was Mark’s best pal James Argent – however he’s now banned from using their toilet.
Speaking on Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden, Michelle said: “Honestly every time we have parties now no one’s allowed to use it because of him…”
Jamie replied: “It’s Mark?”
Michelle said: “Yeah he’s very.. like he’s a clean freak. He doesn’t like people using the toilet.”
The actress explained that they hire out toilets if it’s a “big party”, but if it’s just family over “that’s fine”.
Michelle confessed: “People can go to my toilet I don’t care!”
Jamie asked: “Who is not allowed?”
“Arg!,” Michelle replied.
She added: “In my eyes he is!”
Amanda chimed in: “He destroyed their toilet!”
Michelle joked: “Yeah he destroyed it… he was hanging off.”
The soap star then revealed another rule that guests have to follow.
Michelle explained: “Yeah shoes is another one…. No shoes, no toilet.”
She added: “He needs everything in place. He’s a clean freak.
“Which is good because I know the house is gonna be clean.”
It comes after the pair came under fire from cruel social media comments after showing off a Christmas makeover at their home.
Mark shared the look on Instagram and wrote: “Christmas 2023 has begun
“My Scouse fam @4.seasonevents have smashed it again. Outside and inside Christmas heaven!!
“P.s the presents are fake…. We are not that organised.”
While many followers were blown away by the transformation – with it drawing comparisons to the iconic Home Alone house – some were less than complimentary.
One wrote: “Things rich people pay for boggles me.”
Another said: “Truly massive house for 2 people.”
Weeks before shared an update on their Essex mansion.
After completing renovations, they added the final touches to the property with sleek black door handles and plug sockets in the same colour.
Days before Mark gave a topless tour of their mansion.
Mark and Michelle started dating in 2012.
