Netflix fans stunned as they spot VERY rude moment in Finding Dory – and call it ‘greatest movie moment in history’
NETFLIX fans stunned after they noticed a VERY rude moment in Finding Dory – and they call it the ‘greatest movie moment in cinema history’.
The 2016 film, is the sequel to childhood favourite, Finding Nemo.
The motley crew of fish embark on another search adventure when the kind-hearted but forgetful main character, Dory, recollects being separated from her parents during her childhood.
Ellen DeGeneres voices the blue tang fish who takes Nemo and Marlin on a quest to find her parents, discovering the true meaning of family along the way.
They all make it back to the reef, where Dory has a heartfelt conversation with her old friend Marlin.
The film concludes with them enjoying the breathtaking view of the ocean.
Then the words ‘the end’ then show up on screen.
However it seems the Swedish version of the hit movie has a completely different ending.
As the film is in Swedish instead of English, it says something very rude instead of ‘ the end’.
The word ‘slut’ comes up.
Actor, Josh Gad decided reposted the funny clip, and called it the ‘greatest movie moment in cinema history’, on his Instagram account.
He captioned the post: “This is truly incredible. I want to watch everything now in Swedish. Thank you for this gem.”
Sweden’s word for ‘the end’ or ‘final’ roughly translates to a derogatory English term for someone who has many casual sexual partners.
Fans of the movie found the whole thing hilarious as they took to the comments section to share their thoughts.
One of the many reasons I love Swedish (and all Nordic languages really). Gold, utter gold.”
A second added: “Oh my god that is just hilarious right there!”
A third commented: “Checks out. Marlin was a widower, poor Coral’s body still fresh in the sea bed. TOO SOON DORY.”
A fourth wrote: “The way I absolutely spat out my drink. I was expecting ANYTHING but that.”
A fifth joked: “Are they calling me a slut or Dory?”
