West Bengal Minister for Child & Rural Development and Trinamool leader Shashi Panja has criticized the BJP for its double standards and claims that the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) will not be implemented in the state. Panja criticized the BJP for using CAA as a tool before elections and for changing its version of the issue when in Bengal.
