Elon Musk's SpaceX has just launched the first batch of Starlink satellites with direct-to-cell capability that will enable direct satellite broadband connectivity on mobiles anywhere on Earth. The company is set to receive a GMPCS (global mobile personal communications by satellite services) licence soon from the Indian government to launch satellite broadband services in the country.
