The Golden State Warriors take on the Denver Nuggets for a primetime Thursday night matchup. The game will be played at 7:00 PM PT in San Francisco and can be watched on TNT.
Previously with the Warriors:
Golden State ended their three-game losing streak by beating the Orlando Magic on Tuesday night, 121-115. It was the team’s first win of their current seven-game homestand as head coach Steve Kerr entered the matchup with the latest iteration of his starting lineup featuring Chris Paul and Trayce Jackson-Davis. The group rewarded him with all five starters scoring in the double digits.

What to watch for tonight:
The Warriors begin the first game of a back-to-back with tonight’s matchup against the Nuggets. This will be Golden State’s third game against Denver this season after losing against them on Christmas Day 120-114. Nuggets center Nikola Jokic shot a controversial 18-of-18 from the free-throw line to help him finish the day with 26 total points. The constant whistles throughout the game disrupted the pace to the Nuggets’ advantage which led to this postgame rant from Kerr.
"If I were a fan, I wouldn't have wanted to watch the second half of that game. It was disgusting."

In addition to that, Stephen Curry had a poor performance during that Christmas Day matchup — 7-of-21 from the field for a total of 18 points. He hit a shooting slump in the subsequent three-game losing streak but seems to have broken out of it after his 36-point game against the Magic.

Chris Paul also seems to have found his shooting stroke after a rough start to the season. Since rejoining the starting lineup, Paul is 9-of-12 from behind the arc including a perfect 3-of-3 on Tuesday night.
CP3 when asked how much better his shot feels compared to the start of the season:

The Warriors will need everyone playing at their best offensively if they want to keep up with a Nuggets’ offense which ranks eighth in the league in offensive rating. If they can execute on that end while limiting their fouls on the defensive side of the floor, the Warriors should be able to put up a fight against the defending NBA champions.
It should be a fun game. Enjoy the basketball Dub Nation. GO WARRIORS!!!
