SHR Group appoints new CFO and CCO to accelerate next phase of growth

HOUSTON TX – Hotel technology specialist SHR Group has made two key appointments to its executive team as it accelerates its global expansion. Finance and M&A expert Thomas Schulz joins as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), while Heinrich Kessler, a stalwart of the hospitality industry, takes on the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Bringing a wealth of experience to his role as CFO, Thomas is responsible for overseeing the company’s finance and HR teams. His background includes serving as CFO at a global retail software company, and holding key finance and M&A leadership roles at information management platform OpenText, customer experience management company Sitecore, and software developer Informatica.

Joining SHR Group as CCO, Heinrich Kessler boasts over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality and hospitality technology sector. Heinrich has worked with prominent brands such as technology provider Pegasus and CRS provider Trust International, as well as hospitality solution provider D-Edge where he was CCO.
