For the quarter ended Q3 FY24, Bangalore-based real estate firm Prestige Estates reported sales of Rs 16,333 crore, marking an 81% year-on-year increase. This growth is attributed to a 16.13 million sqft volume with an average realization of Rs 10,143 per sqft for apartments and villas. Collections for the quarter stood at Rs 8,478 crore, reflecting a 20% YoY increase.
