Explosion in eastern Kabul kills three

On Tuesday, the spokesperson for the Kabul police reported that an explosion resulting from a planted bomb in a car in the 16th district of Kabul city has led to the deaths of three individuals and injuries to four others.

Khalid Zadran stated that the bomb was placed in the trunk of a Mercedes car in the Alokhail area, located in the 16th district of Kabul city.

During the investigation, a suspicious individual has been detained by the Taliban police.

It is noteworthy that so far, no individual or group has claimed responsibility for this incident.

Earlier, on Saturday, ISIS detonated a bomb in the western area of Kabul, resulting in the deaths of two individuals and injuries to fourteen others in the explosion.

Since the Taliban took control of Afghanistan, security has become their primary challenge, with a significant increase in suicide attacks and targeted killings.

Many of these attacks have been claimed by Daesh, also known as ISIS-Khorasan.
