BMW reported record sales in India with 22,940 units of luxury cars and motorcycles sold in 2023. This marks a 19% increase compared to the previous year. The company retains its leadership in the electric luxury car segment and expects electric vehicles to account for 25% of its overall sales by 2025. BMW India sold 1,474 electric vehicles in 2023 and plans to introduce 13 cars, including two EVs, and six bikes in 2024.
