‘He’s already playing a game, he’s a walking red flag’, say Love Island fans as they predict star to be booted out first
LOVE Island fans are not convinced that Mitchel Taylor is not a changed man – saying he’s still a “walking red flag” ahead of his All Stars appearance.
The former gas engineer from Sheffield, 28, is one of the contestants taking part on the spin-off dating series.
Mitch earned himself the nickname “Messy Mitch” for his antics in the summer, after he savagely dumped Abi Moores for Ella Barnes.
Many fans think Mitch will be up to his old tricks second time around.
One wrote: “He’s not gonna last five seconds in there, the girls are massive characters going in.. he has zero chat.”
A second said: “He is already playing the game the same as last time, listen to his words ….Walking red flag.”
This person commented: “Why is he making out he’s going to be a changed man ‘this time around’ lol it was literally 6 months ago Mitch you ain’t changed.”
Another added: “One person not be trusted.”
Mitch had his heartbroken after love interest Molly got the ick and coupled up with his best pal Zach.
Going in for round two next Monday, he’s keen to avoid being “vulnerable”.
He said: “I think I went in with my heart on my sleeve the first time and got hurt and this time I am just going in to enjoy myself and if a connection happens, a connection happens.
“Honestly when I went in for series ten, you saw me and Molly, I went for Molly, I wanted her. And with this one, I am not going to make myself that vulnerable. I am going to play the game.”
Despite this, Mitch wants to ditch his notorious nickname.
“I’ll be honest, I don’t really plan on being Messy Mitch”, he said.
“It just depends on what day of the week it is. I wear my emotions on my sleeve and what you see is what you get.
“I am very honest and very opinionated and I think that’s what people like me for. If I don’t agree with something, I’m not going to hold it back.”
Mitch faced controversy weeks after he left the villa.
He was dropped by his management team after he was thrown out of a party and accused of making homophobic comments.
However, he vehemently denied using offensive language and insisted he didn’t throw money at a homeless person as had also been claimed.
