Dark Asha Alahan secret revealed after heart-wrenching split with Nina Lucas in Coronation Street
NINA Lucas and Asha Alahan’s relationship met an explosive ending after the latter’s twin brother Aadi got involved.
The lad remains in hospital next week in Coronation Street and is heartbroken by a huge discovery about his sister.
Aadi Alahan’s life was left on the line after a carbon monoxide leak in his flat.
Thankfully for him and his family, help got to him on time and the teen portrayed by Adam Hussain remains in hospital next week.
Sadly, while the event had the potential to bring him closer to his twin sister Asha (Tanisha Gorey) whom he betrayed by kissing her former girlfriend Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher), a shock discovery could be deepening the wedge between the siblings.
Coming up on ITV, in the hospital, Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin) tells his son there is no way he will be allowed to return to his own flat and Aadi has no other choice but to follow along as his father adds he’ll be returning to the family home.
Asha follows this up with a bombshell as she reveals that her relationship with Nina is over.
However, Aadi feels a strong guilt when Asha adds that Nina has moved out.
The twins swiftly move on and Asha helps Aadi pack up his flat.
But when Aadi finds her bracelet on the floor, a guilt-ridden Asha is forced to admit that she called round when he was sparked out on the sofa.
How will he react?
Viewers of the Manchester-based program will remember that Aadi and Nina kissed behind Asha and Amy Barlow’s backs.
Nina’s relationship with Asha had been on shaky ground ever since the latter bonded with her mentor Isla.
Soap watchers will recall Asha gushing profusely over the newcomer and it was enough for Nina to feel insecure within their relationship.
When Isla was reported for her inappropriate interest in her, Asha was determined to figure out who was responsible for the havoc.
While tension was at an all-time high between Asha and Nina, the latter’s kiss with Aadi was the push needed for it to go downhill once and for all.
But when Asha learned what had happened, her anger got the best of her and she paid her brother a visit in his flat to throw a bracelet he had given her for their birthday right in his face.
Asha stormed out without giving her sleeping brother the chance to defend himself.
