Lazy Studio is a minimalist space located in Seoul, South Korea, designed by unseenbird. The temporary tattoos provided by LAZY STUDIO are designed to mimic the look and feel of real ink on skin. They adhere closely to the body, highlighting the natural texture of the skin. The interaction of the tattoo’s color with individual skin tones ensures a unique appearance for each client, evolving subtly over time. In a novel application of materials, the studio has incorporated transparent acrylic in its interior design, drawing inspiration from the evolving nature of its tattoos. This material, known for its varying degrees of clarity, is utilized in various elements such as posts, stands, and even electrical appliances.

The use of acrylic reflects the studio’s philosophy of adaptability and personalization. Displaying the diverse range of artists’ designs without establishing a visual hierarchy was a key consideration in the studio’s layout. To achieve this, the furniture is thoughtfully designed to support an egalitarian display. Products are presented in a continuous sequence, facilitated by long grooves that allow different items to be showcased side by side. Customer experience is paramount at LAZY STUDIO. A significant portion of the space is dedicated to mirrors. These are not mere decorative elements; they are strategically placed and angled to allow clients to view their temporary tattoos from various perspectives, ensuring satisfaction with the placement and overall look.
