Vagrant in brutal 2019 Hanukkah machete attack still unfit for trial — but DA’s office determined to prosecute

A Rockland County judge has ruled that Grafton Thomas, who is charged with murder in a 2019 machete attack on Hasidic Jews at a Hanukkah party, is still not competent to stand trial.
