Body found in Jennings on Sunday believed to be victim of car crash

JENNINGS, La. (KLFY) -- An unidentified body found in Jennings on Sunday was likely the result of a car crash, authorities said.
Officers with the Jennings Police Department confirmed that a body was found on Racca Road at around 10 a.m. Sunday. Police said they believe the body was of a driver ejected from a truck that was found nearby.
Police did not release the name of the victim, or any other details.
Authorities said they do not suspect foul play, but the investigation is ongoing.
