Corning with its joint venture partner Optiemus Infracom will set up the facility at an investment of Rs 1,003 crore, with a potential to create 840 jobs. While Corning is a Fortune 500 materials science company, Optiemus Infracom deals with mobile phone components and laptop manufacturing in India.
