Fotis Dulos and socialite girlfriend seen tossing evidence — some with ex-wife’s blood on it — in disturbing surveillance footage

The surveillance footage shows a man in a white t-shirt and black baseball cap, whom cops say is Dulos, traveling down Albany Avenue in Hartford, Connecticut on the day of his estranged wife Jennifer Farber Dulos’ disappearance in May 2019.
