Ex-Trump aide unleashes on old boss as 'The View' says Haley makes him look 'demented'
Former White House aide Alyssa Farah Griffin unleashed on Donald Trump and the danger he poses to the country during her Tuesday episode of "The View."
The conversation began with the New Hampshire Primary, where voters will be split between Nikki Haley and Trump as the two main contenders. Griffin had said she is 100 percent behind Haley — but she warned her candidate looks way behind in polls.
"The more she stays in, the more demented he looks," said Joy Behar of Haley's impact on the race. "She needs to stay there so that he can talk about — just to annoy him, you know? I mean, he has had so many gaffes. You know, they talk about [Joe] Biden being old."
She began to list Trump's more recent bizarre behavior: Saying he ran against Barack Obama, that Biden would start World War II, and confusing Hamas with hummus.
"He alleged voter I.D. is needed to buy a loaf of bread," Behar continued. "That will happen if he gets in. He warned about whales washing up on shore. He says veterans don't have cell phones and now he's confusing Nancy Pelosi with Nikki Haley. In addition to having narcissist personality disorder.
"A list for narcissistic personality disorder: requires excessive admiration. Moi, moi and moi," Behar continued. "He believes he is special and unique, and only other high-status people can understand him. 'I alone can fix it.' I can't do all of them. He lacks empathy. This is the most egregious, making fun of physically challenged people, people who can't see, people whose arms — I mean. It's pathetic and shows arrogant behavior. Grandiose, self-importance, unlimited success."

"He's a narcissist and possibly a sociopath," agreed Sunny Hostin.
But Griffin, the resident Trump expert, explained that it's for those reasons that New Hampshire matters so much.

"I'm hearing from friends going out for Nikki Haley," she said. "I don't agree with her on everything, but I think she's qualified. I don't think she is a threat to democracy and could turn the page on the most unqualified former president in history.
"I want to be honest, people need to turn out today because the polls do have her down. They have her down in a big way. She needs to really come within single digits to even have a fighting chance in her home state of South Carolina, because if this is wrapped up tomorrow, it's bad for America. Let's not even talk about the general."
She said that Biden is likely to beat Trump, but she's scared to even take such a chance.
Hostin disagreed, saying she has no idea what Haley stands for and her positions seem to change with the direction of the wind.
