US home sales suffered a 30-year-low in 2023: Realtors' body

WASHINGTON D.C.: On January 19, the National Association of Realtors said that last year, existing U.S. home sales totaled 4.09 million, an 18.7 percent decline from 2022, making 2023 the year with the slowest home sales since 1995 and the biggest annual decline since the start of the housing slump in 2007.
