Keros Beach stretches 3km, featuring a secure sandy bay, providing optimal conditions for riders of all levels – from beginner to advanced. The shallow turquoise, crystal clear water creates an ideal learning environment, while adding an extra element of security to the experience. The surf station is directly on the beach, offering brand new equipment and top-notch services by our experienced instructors!
Conditions and when to go
June to early September offers classic Greek summer vibes with sunny blue skies and the usual Meltemi winds. Mid-September to October the first south winds of the season usually arrive – bringing warmer breezes and playful waves.
Local Spot
Keros bay offers a variety of conditions. On the northern tip, a sheltered area provides superb flatwater, while in front of Surf Club Keros, there’s flatwater on the inside with manageable waves or chop further out. The southern part of the bay, offers small, yet well-spaced waves, making it an excellent spot for beginner wave sailors.
About the centre
A completely redesigned and eco-friendly station, equipped with the latest gear by RRD is ready to welcome you. With over 60 boards and 80 sails, all rigged with 80% carbon RDM masts, you have the opportunity to test equipment tailored to your riding proficiency. We also offer a huge variety of Wing-foil & Kitesurf equipment. Surf Club Keros also offers PADI Scuba diving lessons and excursions for the whole family.
Where to stay
Surf Club Keros offers luxurious – brand new – glamping-style accommodation approximately 400m from the beach. On-site amenities include a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, spa tent, yoga facilities, and a kids’ club. Additionally, a complimentary shuttle bus service is available if you prefer not to walk to the centre.
