Daniel Farke pre Swansea
Sam Byram has reported some minor muscle injury after the last game. He will definitely miss this game. We will wait for the scan. He will definitely not be involved. It is not his hamstring where he was injured. It is the other leg. We are quite hopeful he is back at the weekend.
Dan James is back in team training and is available.
DF on Gnonto
He's playing with consistency and end product. It's definitely good news to have Daniel back. It's good to have another really good option. He's a key player.
DF on United's form
We always try to be balanced. We are on a good run and have kept many clean sheets. Our efficiency in the final third can improve.
We know we are on a good run and we want to keep going. We want to keep this momentum. We travel and play with confidence. We want to maintain our good form.
We speak about the areas we can improve. There's never the perfect game in football. There are always things to work on.
DF on efficiency
It comes with experience and hard work on the training pitch. You learn to handle the pressure of the game day. We have many young players.
We try to let them be in shooting positions and where they are comfortable. They have to finish under pressure in games.
We try to reproduce these situations on the training pitch.
DF on Swansea
I was not surprised they won at Hull. I liked what they were doing in the games before Hull. They are a possession based side. It was just a question of when they would win a game, not if.
It will be a difficult away game. It was not a surprise to me. They are an experienced side and one of the best possession sides in this league. It will be a big task.
They will go into this game with confidence. They have nothing to lose and can play with freedom.
DF on Struijk
It's difficult for me to say because I would like a timescale as well. What I can confirm is he's progressing. The doctor have allowed him to extend his load.
He is doing individual work this week and then there will be an assessment next week. Hopefully he gets the green light to work with higher intensity.
He definitely won't be back for two to three weeks. It will be a late call before he's back for the next international break. Our doctors are quite careful to extend his load.
DF on Luke Williams
I like what he is doing and what his principles are. He's doing a really good job and I'm sure you will see that in the results.
Our pressing and compactness has to be spot on against them.
DF on winning run trends
It's always the same mentality you have to instil. I like to speak about winning mentality so people don't get carried away after a few good results.
It's important after a difficult result to respond with a good performance and force your way back to winning ways.
When you are relegated from the league, you are used to losing games. Winning becomes habit. It has to be normal to win games. We have tried to bring that back into the soul of the players.
Ipswich were used to winning games last season. It was not a new feeling for the players at the beginning of this season. For us, it was.
It is never easy to change the mentality of the team. You have to make compliments to all the teams relegated from last season. You need a special quality in the game. All the teams are in a good position in the league.
The soft skills, consistency and the ability to handle the pressure - you need a special mentality for this.
More on mentality
When you are confident and in a good rhythm, it starts in training. It is how you life and work as a professional.
It is to force this confidence back in the game. This is definitely the first step.
You have to lead from the front and be a role model. You have to show leadership. It helps to have the experience to get over the line. Players know you have done it in difference scenarios, which helps.
We speak about the soft skills; you have to act like this, you can't speak after a great win. You can't let your demands drop. You ask for them to be more focused. There are many, many different scenarios that we have to work on.
DF on James' end product
Experience is important but it is the work on the training pitch and the games. It is to bring that greediness and hunger.
We got the feeling throughout his career that he could be more consistent. We spoke about what he needed to improve in other aspects of his confidence to be more clinical in front of goal.
All credit to Daniel. He has to go through the door.
DF on what James brings to the group
He's an experienced player. He leads by example in games.
I think about the amount of times he initiates our pressing. This leadership is even more important than great speeches in the dressing room.
He's known for his offensive qualities but he has shown he's capable of sacrificing himself by sprinting back. This effects the whole team and sometimes the stadium.
He leads by example in training and in the games. It is what we ask for.
DF on Summerville and Rutter's link up
Good players always play well together. They are both creative, brave players. They do the unexpected. They sometimes have the same vision and technique about their games.
There's still room for improvement but they are really good players. It helps that they have a good understanding off the pitch. They both have the soft skills and are happy when their teammates shine. I like this mentality.
They want to score goals but are also happy if the others celebrate.
More on Summerville and Rutter
It's great to have those characters in the dressing room. They are hard workers. I love these bunch of players.
DF on Gnonto's form
It was a difficult moment for the club (at the start of the season). The spotlight was on him and he had to handle the situation. There was not social media when I played. It was much easier.
You have to be perfect in this age. It's so, so difficult when you are in the spotlight.
But they are living a privileged life and have to grow up.
Willy has developed his personality. It helps you grow up when you go through these difficult times.
He feels much more settled and confident. He enjoys his role. He has scored goals in the last few games and everyone is singing his game and I'm delighted for him.
