Pittsfield man pleads guilty to child sexual assault charges

PITTSFIELD, Mass. (NEWS10) -- Lochan Kissoon, 68, of Pittsfield, was sentenced to two years in the House of Corrections. Kissoon pled guilty to two counts of Indecent Assault and Battery on a Child Under 14.

The charges stem from an incident in June 2021 when Kissoon reportedly sexually assaulted a minor in his apartment. Upon release from the House of Corrections, Kissoon will be required to register as a sex offender. He will also be ordered not to have contact with anyone under the age of 16.
