‘Some people!’ says worker pressure-washing driveway after neighbor complains – he did nothing wrong
A PROFESSIONAL driveway cleaner has accidentally ruffled feathers in a community after taking on a job.
In a TikTok, the pro powerwasher explained how a piece of advertising started a fight between two families.
“I caused a fight between a customer and their neighbor,” the power washing TikTiker (@allsidespressurewashing) said in a post.
The TikToker said they had a job in one of the “nicest” neighborhoods in the company’s purview.
While power washing the pavement, a neighbor approached the professional cleaner.
The neighbor was “condescending,” per the TikToker, and asked about their professional background.
“I told them I was very busy and needed to get back to work,” the TikToker said.
After a less-than-amicable conversation, the TikToker said they returned to work.
The family living in the home with the now-power-washed driveway loved the result of his efforts.
They said the professional could post advertising on their lawn.
However, the yard ad was too far for the neighbor who previously confronted the power washer.
“Shortly after leaving, I received a call from the customer’s neighbor,” the TikToker reported.
“The neighbor told me I had to turn around and come get the yard sign out of the customer’s yard, because it makes the neighborhood look bad.”
However, the TikToker said the neighbor will have to confront his customer if he wanted the sign to be taken down.
“Some people!” the TikToker exclaimed in the video’s comments section.
DRIVER DRAMA
Several other drivers have taken to social media to complain about curmudgeonly neighbors.
A driver said on-street parkers constantly blocked their private driveway.
“It might not seem a lot, but the street is very narrow,” the homeowner wrote on Reddit.
“Sometimes we can still park/leave, but it requires a lot of maneuvering.”
Another driver’s car was blocked in by their next-door neighbor, so they exacted revenge.
In a TikTok video, the driver showed how they built a makeshift divider between the two properties.
But the divider may have set off a new war, as it appears to have damaged the neighbor’s bumper.
