Thomas Tuchel to LEAVE Bayern Munich after disastrous run under ex-Chelsea boss has them set to go trophyless
THOMAS TUCHEL is set to leave Bayern Munich after a disastrous run of results.
The German champions are on the verge of ending the season without winning a single trophy.
According to Sky in Germany, he has now agreed with the club to depart at the end of the campaign.
The decision comes after discussions between Tuchel and Bayern, with an announcement expected soon, the report adds.
He has been in charge at the Allianz Arena since March 2023 after replacing Julian Nagelsmann.
Bayern went on to pip Borussia Dortmund to the Bundesliga title last term but their fortunes under Tuchel have faded this term.
Third tier Saarbrucken knocked Bayern out of the German Cup back in November, whilst they currently trail Lazio in their Champions League last 16 tie.
However, it is their league performance that has perhaps been most damning on the former Chelsea boss.
